Taijutsu

Employs throwing, joint-locking, striking/kicking, evasions and ukemi (falling).

Descended from classical Jujutsu and traditional Aikido, the simple, effective waza (techniques)- as well as more complex ones- are based on fundamental elements learned in the first two classes.

Techniques are characterized by the creation of major effects from (relatively) small, centered movements common to Taijutsu, weapons work and healing.
